From the moment you walk in the door, it becomes apparent they have no sense of proper customer service. Horseplay, and foolishness, seem to reign supreme. If you ask for a certain tool or part, the response is "Well try looking over there, (pointing to some vague point in the back of store.), and if you can`t find it, I guess we don`t got it." No offer to assist. No checking the computer. When going there to r... view moreent a piece, which we had been assured over the phone they had. It was almost amusing, if we had not needed the piece so badly, to find. A) They forgot we called. B) They found the case but it was empty. C) That finding a case empty, and believing, whoever took it back after the last rental did not check, is so funny, that you have to yell out to everyone in the store what an idiot someone else must be. and finally D) after waiting more than 24 hours for them to find it, and calling again, to see if it might be available, being told. No, the case is here but its empty. Guess nobody bothered to look. E) Leaving your telephone number, in case it is found, but knowing it won`t happen, because they can`t hold a thought that long. So, now I wonder, is Alzheimers or similar impairment, a requirement for employment at Auto Zone.
