Garage spent my warranty money!

Affordable Automotive took 6 months to replace my engine.. then asked me to put the repair on a credit card because they did not want to wait for my warranty company to send payment.. that I understood...so I gladly gave them the credit card numbers and waited for the warranty company to send me the $1550.00 that they covered... they sent it to the garage who cashed the check.. never called to say it was recieved...... view moreI called the warranty company that told me the check was sent two weeks prior to the garage. I contacted the garage who stated they would write me a check...they did .. it bounced leaving me with bills of my own I could not pay...I stil have yet to get my money and will be seeking crimimal action.
