i had a crazy situation with my 02 ford explorer.. i went to joe because my aunt had two of her cars fixed there before and they worked good for her. i bought the car like a year ago, and first i started havin problems wit the 4x4 during the winter. joe got that fixed for me with my warranty company with no issues. a few months later, my trans started actin crazy when i was drivin on the highway. i took it back to jo... view moree and lucky for me my warranty company still had coverage but they didn`t want to pay the full price joe got me as much as he could from the warranty people, and dropped the price for me so i could get my car back for work. they didn`t really have to drop me price for me if they didnt want to but its good to kno that theirs people still around that understand the problems we got in the economy. i told joe id write him a review on here and i always forgot until now but i just wanted to thank them again for doin a good job on my baby and workin with me money wise. id tell anyone i know to use them. thanks again guys. you got a satisfied customer rite here

Straight up honest people

I wish I had brought my grand marquise here before I had junk it.....instead I brought a 02 Yukon XL from marc rossi auto ....a month later I started having transmission problems......so then a friend of mines told me to take it to Joe....he will have u back on the road in no time...So I took it to Joe and just like my home said I was back on the road in no time....man I was happy..... thanks Joe u and ur team for fi... view morexing my trans and for sealing my transfer case leak.......It was worth the time and money.......imma let everyone know Yall are the best in the city.....thanks again

Good service, very understanding

I had the same issue as shizzo with having to wait for my warranty company to approve the repairs to my Caddy, but apparently they (Cars Warranty) decided to only pay for a used transmission to be put in the car since my warranty was up in less then 2 months.. I told the dude at Pirrone`s that I didn`t want a used trans, but I needed some time to come up with the rest of the money for the repairs.. They let me keep m... view morey car there for a few days without chargin me storage fees until I got the loot. They worked out some deal with my warranty company in the mean time and got them to pay for over half of the repairs.. I just got my baby back last Thursday and so far, everything seems to be workin fine. I`d definitely recommend them to anyone in the NE Phila area if they were in my situation. They were willin to work with me and were very understanding about my situation..

GOOD SERVICE TRANSMISSION REPAIRS

I TOOK MY 2002 YUKON XL TO JOE BECAUSE I HEARD KNOCKING NOISE COMING FROM TRANSMISSION... STEVE`S THE REPAIR SHOP TOLD ME TO BRING IT HERE... SO I DROPPED IT OFF 3 DAYS AGO...THEY SAID THEY HAD TO GET THE OK FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO DROP THE TRANS SO THAT THEY CAN FIND THE PROBLEM.....SO I WAITED......
