Poor customer service

I set up my appointment a week in advance. I was told it was not an issue to get it done in one day. When I showed up at the scheduled time, I was told "oh was that today?" Late in the day I called to see if I could pick up my car and it wasn`t done and was told it would not be done until the next day. When I went to pick it up the following day I asked what happened. The guy,(George) who had mishandle... view mored my experience from the beginning, proceeded to blame me saying that there was no way that job could be done in one day. If you`d like to be blamed for their shortcomings, you should take your vehicle here.

The Best!

Over the past 5 years I have had occasion to use George Liotus and his shop on numerous occasions. He is fast, courteous, honest and most importantly, the work is superb. And after each job, you find the car clear and shinning inside and out. The quality of their work is the best I have experienced. Good Job

I took my 2004 Silverado there for vandalism repair to my hood and roof. They replaced my roof and hood in a timely manner, and it looks like factory. Good Job!!!

terrible service, nice at first then rude

I had to take my car 4times for them to fix what they had kept messing up, they used to be good bodyshop, I would not take my car there again, their customer service is terrible,their employees are rude
