After gloating about my recent purchase of a Charapp vehicle to my Dad, he wanted to go there and take a look for himself. The best part of Charapp is not only do they have a Ford dealership, but also a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store and a pretty big used lot. He is a ""Dodge man"" so he was happy about that. He was surprised. He ended up in a new Grand Caravan.

Unmatched customer service!

Everyone hears horror stories about buying a car. I was really dreading it, especially since my credit isn`t that great. But the sales staff at Charapp really put me at ease and took care of me. Excellent service and price!

i have been a loyal Charapp customer for all my lfie. i remember when i was 16, my grandpa and dad taking me there to buy my first car. they have been buying vehicles from them for all their life too! it seems pretty rare to find a family-owned dealer with that kind of longevity and customer service. it`s refreshing to see there are still good-guys out there! stop in and see them.

Customer service speaks volumes!

I was refered to Charapp by a friend who purchased a Rubicon from them. He told me about their customer service and how impressed he was. He wasn`t lying. These guys are great. I didn`t think I would be able to get a new car due to my credit, but they got it done and my monthly payments are not much more than I was paying for my POS Honda haha.
