Worst experience ever. Super unprofessional. Was given a quote, than took us six weeks just to contact him to make an appointment. I was told he would have my car for a week, which quickly turned into over two weeks, all the while I had to pay for a rental car. After twice as long as the quoted turn around time, I got a voice mail saying the car was done. We picked it up and the color didn`t match it at. He tried rep... view moreainting the car THREE more times, and couldn`t match it, yet still insisted on his money in cash. I paid him for the body work, and took my car to another shop.... where they matched the original paint first try, and even gave me a break on the price because I told them the nightmare I went through with Berta`s. Do yourself a favor, don`t use this shop, you will regret it.
