this weekend my husband got tires on my car one of the employees shut the drivers side door too hard an the window broke we thought mr tire would pay for it but no we had to pay for the window an they put it in at no cost but now the window cant go down because it needs a new regulator which would cost us a extra 200 to put in we dont blame the employees but hte manager i would never recommened mr tire to anyone

Reliable Technicians

I`ve been using Import Export Irwin store for approximately 20 years. I have never had any regrets regarding the service I`ve received. I feel they have treated me very professionally and their work was above board regarding their recommendations for service pertaining to my car. If they have a driver available that day, you can be driven home to wait for the service to be completed and then picked up and return... view moreed to the store. On occasion there would not be a driver, and you must sit in the store and wait for the repairs to be completed. All the management and technicians are very professional in their attitude considering the rush and pressure under which they work. They have extended great courtesies to me during these years and I highly recommend their service to everyone.

Good place

As garages go, I trust these guys. They always have better tire prices than the national chains, and actually know enough about the tires to make recommendations. They have treated my wife very well (replacing headlights, turn signals, etc...).

Incompetent with horrible customer service

Although their prices were fair, the service is terrible. Due to their incompetence, my whole family could have died Here`s what happened. We went to have two new tires installed on the front of our van before we went on our family vacation, but apparently they did not tighten them. The next day as we are traveling 70mph down an interstate we notice something does not feel right. We quickly pull off to the side ... view moreof the road and realize that our tires are loose. After tightening them, we went to pull back onto the road. As we pulled onto the road the berm of the road was very rough. Later that day when we reached our hotel for the night, we checked in and began unloading our stuff. That`s when we noticed our tire was flat. Apparently as we pulled back onto the road over the rough berm, our rim got bent which caused the flat. We immediately called Import Export and let them know what happened. They told us to bring the tire in when we returned home. Upon our return we took the tire in and they said they would be in touch. Two weeks later we had heard nothing. We stopped back in to find out what was going on. They basically told us that we were liars. They claim the tires were on tight and that we just went through a pothole. It was not their fault. After some arguing, they said they`d have the manager look at the tire. That was two weeks ago and we still have heard nothing. They need to own up to their incompetence and replace our rim. They should be thankful they did not severely hurt 5 people. No respectable business would treat their customers this way. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.
