Don`t trust this dealership!!!

I bought a 2004 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership and paid top dollar for this vehicle thinking I was getting a nice truck. First of all the salesman "Steve" promised me the truck would be inspected since it was from out of state that took 3 weeks. Then I was promised a full tank of gas since the truck I traded in had a full tank that never happened. Then one month after the purchase the truck will not... view more start after I cone out of the grocery store on a 90dgree day. I called the so called warranty to find out they have no record of me even buying a car there. After 2hours fighting with car express and the warranty co. I had to wait 50min longer to get a jump. It was the wrong battery in the vehicle to start with and the dealership said that it was not covered. It has now been 3 months and I was promised a navigation dics for my truck which you must have for the navigation to work and they never call back nor have I seen a disk yet. I dont know about you guys but I hate being lied to! They were sure fast to take my trade in and my cash down ppayment but they sure are not doing anything about everthing they promised me. I recomend noone buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you enjoy to be lied to and want problems with your vehicle. I thought these guys were my friends! Boy was I wrong!!! Again my advice to you is stay away from this dealership!

My son was looking for car and...

My son was looking for car and came across Car Xpress. He insisted he wanted this 2003 mustang despite the opposition from both me and his brother. The down payment was my truck and some cash. Not long after he got the car (which left the lot with no inspection stickers..clue 1) the car kept stalling and shutting off. He had a local mechanic due a safety check and redo the entire battery wiring system and replace the... view more battery. During the safety check, he said the oil had not been changed for like 13000 miles and was like tar. After about a month, the domino effect started happening. The alternator went. That was repaired. Then the starter went. That was repaired. Then the heater core went. That has not been repaired because it is like 900 to fix. If you call the warranty company, the opposite part is always covered not the broke one. Then after all this, I was driving the car and I heard pop and could not move. The drivers side ball joint broke. After a 75 dollar tow, that was fixed. As we speak, the passenger side is now being fixed less than a month later because it started squealing. Don`t feel like being stranded again. A few months back, I called and explained all the issues with this car and asked for a different car since this one is not road worthy and he cant afford the payment and a repair every month and after 3 days and numerous calls..I was told NO. I emailed them last night and told them thanks for selling A PIECE OF CRAP WITH A HIGH PAYMENT AND A CRAPPY WARRANTY. I will NEVER RECOMMEND.or BUY another car from them again. Buyers beware. It is a costly scam.

This entire dealership seems to be full of incompetent morons incapable of returning a phone call or holding true to their word. my entire expere with them has been a nothing but a migraine headache. If a salesman says that fixing part of a vehicle will be done because you point out it is the `make or break` part of the deal, you would imagine it would be fixed when you go back in to seal the deal, wouldnt you? No. I... view moret toook multiple calls and being made to feel like I was inconveniencing them for the issue to get fixed and then finally, when they do fix it, it is done half-a** and still doesn?ˆ™t work properly. I wonder how many more phone calls and messages I`ll have to leave this time to get them to fix it and fix it right? Also, to be led to believe there are no major issues with the vehicle but have to take it in no more than a month after buying it to have the entire steering column replaced seems like poor practice of honest salesmanship, or at least very unthorough inspection of a vehicle before putting it on the market and slapping an A+ sticker on it. I?ˆ™ve had to miss work multiple days from my futile efforts to get this vehicle fixed and I can`t imagine what will go wrong next.

Don`t buy from them !!!!

I bought a vehicle from this place in December.
I had to have it in for Steering issues - called multiple times, before having to go in and deal with them - because had no call back.
Had no CD player in the car when I got it, again... multiple calls before going in to deal with them.
