Not worth the chance

I really hate writing bad reviews . . . I don`t know what the service is like at this garage, but I can tell you that the customer service and professional ethics are unfortunately substandard. I was actually at Shell, buying gas, and pulled up to a pump, not noticing a red truck pulling out of the Boni Auto Service garage. The angle from which I approached unfortunately created a blind spot. In any event, the ... view moredriver of the truck pulled the vehicle back into the garage, and approached me shaking his fists in a hostile manner and said I "must be RETARDED" for not seeing his vehicle. I was so taken aback by the menacing way in which he approached my vehicle and hurled inconsequential insults . . . I actually felt threatened that he might assault me or possibly my car! And he said this in front of Boni and Shell employees as well as customers of both businesses. Listen, I know misunderstandings arise all the time. I don`t care how good the mechanic is . . . a little professional courtesy goes a long way. We could have resolved this misunderstanding so easily- and I felt so hurt and ashamed to be driving away with such a horrible feeling because of his barbaric reaction. I`m a PA resident now, but as a girl who grew up in Hunterdon County, take it from me: there are many more reputeable and professionally responsible mechanics in the area that will resolve both your automobile issues while treating you with the respect that everyone deserves.

Honest, Excellent Service

Dan Boni has worked on my car (1997) several times. I only get the work done that is needed. Honest work, competative pricing and excellent service. Who could ask for more in an Auto Center!
