When we got to Day Toyota we were greeted immediately by Matt Krohner. He listened to everything I had to say when I gave him the run down of what we wanted, needed, liked, disliked, etc. He said, Ok, I`ll be right back! He came back with two sets of keys, we ended up leasing the very first car he showed us. That showed me that he really listened to what I said and put his effort into finding what was PERFECT for us.

My sales representative, the sales manager, and the finance guru at Day Toyota were all very respectful toward me. I came in better informed about my purchase than I think they expected me to--and for that reason they might have not read me as a serious buyer at first--but in the end, I chose Day Toyota because I appreciated their courteous and helpful service.

Ms. Dean made a large purchase decision bearable. She was helpful, knowledgeable, always answered calls/questions/concerns. I felt I did extensive research before deciding on the auto to purchase, and Kim assisted in increasing my knowledge and comfort in the final purchase.

Service Department Really Stinks
As a family of Toyota Owners that has purchased over 8 Toyota`s from Day in the last 11 years I have never been so upset with the service department. After bringing our car in for a service on the brakes the car that has been happening on the car since shortly after purchase, we kept being told they could not find the issue, until months later when we brought the car in for inspection. Suddenly the issue was found an... view mored now were told the car would not pass inspection and now we had to pay for it. After trying to explain the car issue has been looked at numerous times before and told then that it was a factory issue we were told there was nothing they could do. The next day we had another appointment for our other vehicle which has always been serviced and expected at Day and a feature that was installed by the dealer and has been passed for the last 2 years by Day Toyota now has caused it to fail. We are now officially done dealing with them and will never buy again. Sorry that they have went downhill. Thanks, Your Former Customer

Service Dept stinks
Bought aleast 3 Toyota`s over the years, Last one was a Sennia Van 2008, the service dept at one time was top notch. The manager they have now, completely ruined that dept. Will I never take it for service, or buy from Day Toyota. Heck No, I go to Bob Massie
