Now in Williamstown and they STILL suck!
I just bought a $6000 car. I expect a decent high mileage vehicle for that price. I ended up with a complete piece of sh*t! And most of the cars on the lot appear to be in similar condition. Like the one guy said on here, none are washed or cleaned. I got into one vehicle and there was dried blood on the glove compartment.
So, due to subpar credit I ended up with one of their junkers. I swear they get their vehicl... view morees from junkyards and slap a sticker on them. The guy selling my car didnt even act like he cared if he got the sale or not.
Clearly, this place goes to show that ANYBODY can own a used car lot. Only buy from here if you are good friends with a mechanic to help you out with your near future visits.

Horible!!! Run Run Run AWAY!!!!
We purchased a car back in October...it died exactly 30 days later. They led us to believe the engine was new; they charged us a "mandatory" $200 safety inspection fee. When we asked for a copy it took over two weeks for them to give it to us. It was performed by an outside company and was listed as a "complimentary" inspection (brakes, tires, oil only)! So, what exactly was this $200 charge f... view moreor...I think you can guess!!!
When we called Pilgrim Auto, they were unprofessional and extremely disappointing. We had no where to turn for help so, we took it to our mechanic. The electronic system was shot, the motor mounts were dangerously worn and the engine had an exhaust leak (so much for the safety inspection). So, we are out of a car and out of hope. We towed the car to a junk yard. They said they couldn`t give us a penny for it as it was in such poor condition!
I don`t know how these people get away with this or sleep at night. You would think that there would be some type of law in place to protect consumers from these sorts of awful businesses. Unfortunately, there isn`t. Ironically enough; two days later I saw a broken down car on the side of the road in Mt Laurel, NJ...on the back window it said "Thanks Pilgrim Auto World for such a great car"!
I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone.
