I have bought some cars in my lifetime and must say I was never treated so bad. We bought 2 vehicles for our family on the same day from Pittsburgh Auto Depot and I swear to god I will never ever never buy another car from this place. I should of known then that something was wrong with the cars. I could see if only one of the cars were messed up but both of them had several problems. after many trips to there service garage the one still does not have A/C and after driving a hour it starts to overheat. The warranty the sell you is crap to because it only takes care of the engine and transmission. This place is a joke and once they get your money they don`t care about you. Trust me there are better places to buy a car from in pittsburgh..

Man,, I wouldn`t tell my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from this place. I have only had the car for 5 months and it has been in the shop 6 times. I can`t believe this crap. Two different issues and still not right. I have been with out a car for many days and I very upset. I could see if I bought a hupty but I didn`t I spent $12,000 on it. I read all the reviews on here and yes I see the few good ones and even the one that the lady says that it is obvious that this company trys to write good reviews about them. Lets just say that I wouldn`t send my worst enemy there to buy a car. After I got my car here I took it to work to show my buddy and he ask me where i got it. I told him i got it at Pittsburgh Auto Depot. I thought he was going to crap himself. I was wrong. ... view moreThe second day I drove my car the check engine light came on and when I took it to Advance tehy told me it was a cat. This is a $600.00 fix. I called Pittsburgh Auto Depot and they said to call the warranty company. Of course the warranty company wouldn`t pay for it. I paid for it and got the car back and the next day my brakes were not stoping my car. Again I called them and they said they couldn`t help me because the warranty they gave me wouldn`t pay for anything. Like I said I have had the car only a about a week and a half and they didn`t help me at all with the cat and brakes. I guess my buddy was right. He also told me his neighbor told him that they pay someone to write good reviews on here and you can tell if you look at all the older reviews. They are all bad. Don`t waste your time at this place.

I almost bought a car off of these place but I brought it to me friends garage for him to look at and i`m glad I did cause it needed a bunch of work one and the under neath was rusted out on the frame. My garage friend said he didnt no how it would of pass inspection. Funny thing was there was a new sticker for inspection on it. I went here because they say you only need $500.00 down. When I got there it was another story. I ended up putting $3000.00 down on a SUV that they said was a good running truck. I only had it one day and one of my tires blew out and the other one had cords showing on it. I took it to my mechanic and he said it should never been sold the way it was because it wasn`t safe to drive. The person that used to work there quit because he didn`t want to get into trouble with the law for selling unsafe cars. Trust me this is not a good place to get a car.
