I want to stongly commend your finance department. The two young gentlemen I dealt with were very polite and went above and beyond to get the best deal possible for me. Each was very open and receptive to my questions and concerns regarding financing and credit. When I left the dealership on Saturday - I was happy with the deal we had discussed. When I came back in to sign the final peperwork and pick up my NEW c... view morear the following Wed I was amazed to find out that they had continued looking at additional lenders to get me a better interest rate. The result was a reduction of 1.5%. In this day and age it is refreshing to find people who want to do the best they can for a customer and not just get by. KUDOS to your finance department!!!!!
Note: I did have to convince the salesman that I wanted to buy a peticular car. He kept trying to talk me into other vehicles (older with more miles). It seemed like he did not have faith that the finance dept could work out a good deal for me.

Never Again
I originally bought a car here and used the dealership frequently. THe economy being what it is I began to get oil changes and minor service elsewhere.
One day in a hurray we went to another mechanic to get an oil change and inspection. He pointed out some minor work that had to be done. I looked the car over myself from top to bottom to verify what he was saying. As I didn`t have the time to do the work in m... view morey schedule I asked my wife to simply stop by the dealer as she didn`t work far away.
Well something changed there because a rep immediately tried to tell her that she had to have the head gaskett replaced as the car is badly leaking *Oil* and it needed to be done right away. It would cost $1500.00. Luckily my wife being smart refused and called me...I told her one of two things is going on 1. someone incompetant is looking at the car or two someone dishonest is looking at it and either way get out of there. On the way back home she stopped back at the first mechanic to have him look at the car...Nope...no head gaskett problem.... so you be the judge! Steve you lost a customer!!!!

Bad Sales Service
10/4/2011 To start it off i bought a 2006 sti from a subaru dealership in california when i was out of school just recently i move to PA with my girlfriend and were looking to possibly buy another one or even maybe get a family car for us. When we arrived we were greeted by a sales consultant by the name of Zach heisler. We then asked to see the new sti and asked him what were the differences of the older cars to the... view more newer cars and his exact words were nothing they are the same. He did not tell us the qualities or th differcences of the vehicle that made it better then the older version. So we then looked at the legacy and he did not even get the keys to let us sit or even look inside the car. We had to look inside the car through the windows. We then moved in side to the sales floor and were looking at the new forester and while looking at the forester another sales consultant was making jokes with Zach Heisler about my girlfriend and i. So to sum it all up the service was horrible and i will never return to this store again nor would i recommend anyone else to go to this store. It was so embarrissing and rude that i would not consider owning a subaru again but if i did i would purches it and service it at another location.

Great Dealership
I recently purchased my 3rd Subaru from this dealership, a 2009 Forester LLBean model. I just love it! Very comfortable, great ride, and excellent mileage. This is the 3rd Subaru I`ve purchased from them over the years.
