Great Sales team

My salesman, Mark Kaminiski gave me a great deal on a new 2012 X5 [ordered it and it took a little more than 2 weeks to deliver], and a fair price for my trade-in [2006 E350 AWD]. No hassles. A new incentive came out before I completed the sale, and they gave it to me too!!!! I can`t remember the manager`s name, but he was very friendly. DO NOT SERVICE OR BUY FROM THIS DEALER

This dealership damaged my vehicle while in service for regular oil change. They shorted the CIC unit, which is the enitre navigation, bluetooth, entertainment system. After consistently arguing with them, i was finally able to get a NEW part in my vechile becasue otherwsie they put a remanufactured unit. They kept my car for 3 months and still they are not able to fix it compeltely. Now they state that they dont kno... view morew how to program the software to fix bluetooth sync. They have also refused to provide a apology, loaner vehicle, compensation for the headache that they have cuased. DO NOT BUY or SERVICE your vehicle at this dealer. These people are scams. Also, BMW customer relations is a scam at this point becuase after complaining to them, Rebecca from customer relations told me that they only believe what their delaers have to say, Not their customers! It just doesnt make sense giving BMW any business with this type of operations they are running.

Great Experience, Great Car

Excellent car buying experience. My Client Advisor Al DiProspero was the best! Al was friendly, professional and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was great! This was the 2nd time I have purchased a car there. The service is above all others!

Everyone I dealt with was great.

Everyone I dealt with was great. I brought my car in for an antifreeze top off and discovered my engine was smoking and my car was leaking. My car was brought in immediately and within an hour I knew what was wrong with my car and was on my way home in a rental.
