Clearly don`t do what they say they will.

I took my car there to have my oil changed, brakes inspected, tires rotated, etc. I specifically asked how my brakes were when I went to pick it up so I knew how long before I needed new ones since I do not make that much money and would have liked time to save up a little money. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY they went from a 7 to a 2 in six weeks. I am a girl, but I know enough about cars. They couldn`t have possibly checked my brakes at all. What if I was stupid and didn`t get it checked and my brakes went and I wrecked, hurt/killed myself, and/or hurt/killed someone else?? That is completely unsafe and unprofessional to send me away without checking the brakes I paid to have checked. Then, when I went in to complain, and took my old brakes to show them, they told me I was absolutely correct but all they could do was offer me 50% off my next oil change. Now why would I ever go back there?

Fixed the Brakes But ...

Took my car in for some brake work. They fixed it ok by replacing all the parts that could have caused the problem. It might have been sufficient to just clean it up instead of replacing everything. But what I didn`t like was they readjusted my seat and my steering wheel. It took me 3 days to get my steering wheel back where I think I had it. Why do they do this? It`s not their car. Leave stuff alone, like the radio ... view morestation settings, the seat position, the pedal heights, the mirrors, etc. They`re not going for a 100 mile drive!!! They can put up with the owner`s settings for the time they have the car.

Buyer Beware!

Brought a brand new 27k VW Tiguan in there with 800 miles for a simple tire repair and they put a 1 1/2 in gouge in my right rear alloy wheel. The deny the damage (of course). Avoid this business like the plague!
