I was pulled by over the polic...

Great Service! I was pulled by over the police on my way to work this morning for having both brake lights out. I couldn`t leave work early to get new lights so I figured I could go to Sears at King of Prussia mall after work. The mechanics at Sears told me they didn`t have the right bulbs in stock because `they are getting out of that kind of business`. I remembered seeing DelCollo`s on Henderson Road (in K... view moreing of Prussia) but I had never been there before and I wasn`t sure about the hours. I got to DelCollo`s at 5:35PM and noticed the sign said they closed at 5PM. I knocked on the door pleading for help. Jeff Desimone at DelCollo`s listened to my story about my brake lights being out and getting pulled over by the police and was kind enough to get the right bulbs and install them. I really appreciate that he took the time to help me even though the shop was closed for the day. I have a long commute on the turnpike and need to be at work by 7:30AM so if he didn`t help me, I may not have been able to fix the lights for another couple of days. It is very dangerous to drive without brake lights and I feel so much safer knowing the problem is fixed. I will definitely go back to DelCollo`s for future service and recommend them to others!

Really Surprised

Normally, I`m way ahead on getting things done but March kind of snuck by me. Anyhow, my regular mechanic was ""way too busy"" to do my inspection. I called several places but, they either were too busy or sounded weird on the phone.

I called Del Collo & Jeff said that they were busy but, if I wouldn`t mind coming at opening, he`d squeeze me in. Not only did he do the inspection but, he was so sweet to dr... view moreop me off just up the street on Henderson, pick me up & he put a little plastic thingy on my clutch pedal (mine had long since worn out) so that my foot wouldn`t slip! Talk about going way beyond the call of duty (none of which my regular mechanic has ever done for me)!

I`m impressed. It looks like Del Collo will be my regular mechanic from now on.

Honest & reliable

This place is a gem! Jeff will take the time to figure out what is wrong with your car and give you honest advice.
He will work with you on pricing and there is a parts store right next door so the work is done pretty fast.
These guys have been here forever and if you have a problem after your car is fixed take it back to Jeff and he`ll make sure you`re happy. They are across the street from Genuardi`s. My fami... view morely and I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Don`t believe that other review...I asked about that and got the other side of the story...he wasn`t honest with them and they still took care of him...they`ve been here for over 20 years!
