This dealership does NOT offer the officially sanctioned Mazda Extended Protection Plan (MEPP). They offer a non-related 3rd party plan that Mazda is NOT affiliated with in any way. Seems like this dealership has a problem keeping their employees. This would actually affect the customer satisfaction. The service changed, since I purchased a car about 4 years ago. the sales person was trying to sell me a car that was older than the car I had.
