LAZY, LAZY, LAZY
These 8diots are LAZY, LAZY, LAZY. ? I will not go there any longer unless I am FORCED to for warranty reasons. I arrived at 530 PM and was told that they COULD NOT change my oil in 30 minutes! ? Seriously? ? These LAZY ASSES cannot change the oil in a car in 30 minutes? ? If you attempt to leave feedback on the corporate site...there is no email address. ? How convenient! ? I guess they can be LAZY without mine and the 1... view more3 other people serviced by Jiffy Lube. ? Sometimes, LAZY just doesn`t pay!

Worst place! They are sales person and dont provide accurate
This is the worst place I`ve ever been to. They seduced me to spend more than $700 for what my car didn`t need.
I first came there for a die battery since the car died on me and could only started back by jump start. When I arrived, they talked me to a battery diagnose (diagnose starting and charging system for $45.96) which I refused to. Then they started replacing the battery but then they came out and informed... view more me that because my battery was dead so they could not perform the last test on it or so. They talked me into other problems that the car might have itself rather than because of the battery. However, Later on they told me it was because my battery was so dead and that they can tell by the condition of the battery. THEY KNOW IT`S THE BATTERY BUT STILL TALKED ME INTO GETTING THE BATTERY DIAGNOSE.
There were two kinds of Autocraft battery in their store (one is ~$80 another is ~125) I called in to check to see which one is capatible with my car before I took my car there. Both were told compatible and in stock at the store. But when I came there, they told me only the expensive one was available but it still took them about an hour to get that battery to the repair shop and started the replacement. They told me before I cam to the store that it would take at most an hour tomget it replaced only. I have to confirm it since I had a test that day. Lucky me that I came in the morning and my test was later that night. The battery replacement lasted roughly 4 hours.
Meanwhile, they presented me a list of things that my car did not need to replace or repair. These items include transmission fluid, power steering fluid, right axel seal, shocks and truts - total of ~$1500. they told me that it is very urgent to get them fixed since these problems can affect the engine. The leak from axel seal can get the car burn or so. I brought my car to another 2 well known shops for check up (Gaynors and another one). I brought it to the shop for an oil change and did not tell them if there are problems with the car or that I got a previous ccheck up at Quick Lane but both shops informed that the problems listed from Quicklane are not problems at all and that my car was not in need to get these fixed.
The person who has involved with all the service for my car is ERIC J SWANBERG (ID: 395). He was such an awesome liar sales person. When he first talked to me he was so nice. Once I started to compared the price of the services they offered with other shops` price and refused to get it done at their store, he changed his attitude and paid less attention to me.
WORST SERVICE and WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
