we took our car there for an oil change and when we got it back it started over heating ... they said they could fix what was wrong for 339.00 a job i did my self for 66.00 and twenty minutes of my time

Don`t waste your time with Astoria Ford

They are a bunch of slime bags there. Do not try and waste your time purchasing a car from them. Or you will be sorry. They rush out to get your money, faster than you made it. They hound and hound to get you to agree to their deal`s. If they don`t get what they want, you will regret it. Went and bought a car at a dealer down the road about 5 or 6 months ago and I still here from them, telling me I better buy a... view more car from them. Even was threatened.

Highly Recommend

I was very interested in purchasing a Ford and I firmly believe in supporting local businesses. I am very happy that I did. The sales staff was more than helpful and made my purchase easy and fun. Rude sales manager.

They are rude and pushy and I`ll never give them my business. When we told the manager we didnt want to sign yet he got mad got up and walked out.......and he`s a manager? Talked to some friends that have had bad experiences there as well. Looks like we will go to Portland like we planned.

Lock your doors and drive thru fast! Theres only one way in and one way out, so they can pounce on you. They stand in the window, and then they fight each other to get to your car.
