Back in the 60s all you needed was a torch and a little bit of imagination and you could do it all. This was a good time for muffler shops. You made a few bucks for nitro at $3.00 per gallon, and if you didn`t have a 5 gallon jug they would sell you one for a $1.50. You needed about 8 sticks of muffler pipe and a bunch of muffler hangers for brackets. Yikes! Then to the junk yard for parts like a 354 hemi. Now the expensive stuff, Clay Smith cam and lifters $35.00 Joe Hunt Mag $150.00 a used 671 blower with a chain drive $200.00 and a lot of help from friends. It`s a hi-tech world out there now. Did you ever wonder where it all started from?

If you are an educated car buyer you will quickly become frustrated with all of their lame sales tactics.Please be sure to double check each and every sheet of paper they present as they will slide new numbers in and try to juggle it around so you don`t catch it. Every time I bring our vehicles in for

Every time I bring our vehicles in for service, they always exceed the time estimate by 45 minutes or more. I have logged in more hours in their waiting area than the gym... How long does it take to change the oil or replace belts or brake pads? Since their time estimates are always grossly understated, I have to conclude that they are simply lying to their customers.

had such a bad experience I had to come here to try and help others avoid it. The dealer that tried to help me was very pushy and didn`t even know his Honda`s. I believe his name was `Sammy`....said he was new and was still learning...but his pushy attitude really just pushed me out of there wanting to leave. Why is it so hard to find a dealer with good people skills?

Great service!

My wife and I drive clear across town to make our deal with Ron Tonkin Honda. We received not only a great deal, but the customer service was top notch from the beginning of the deal until we drove it off the lot.

I got the best deal ever!

As a single woman, buying a car--the whole process from test drives to negotiating a deal--is intimidating. But at Ron Tonkin Honda, the sales & finance folks treated me with respect and pulled no ""shady"" stuff. Great vehicles to choose from. Honest folks. Super deals. What more can you ask for?

The worst customer service ever!!!!

A dude name Adam had no patience, Was rude, disrespectful and very very very very forceful. No sign of any kind of professionalism. I didn`t understand how Ron Tonkin Hire him as a sales person... I would never visit that BS ever in my life.

I had my son take my 2006 honda accord (24000 miles) in for a oil change , what a mistake , thay scamed him for changing the brake fluid for another 60$ , I will never go to ron tonkin again. SCAM .

Enjoyable, low-pressure experience

After visiting a few dealerships with varied results this past week, I can honestly say this was the best experience I`ve had to date. My sales person was genuinely friendly helpful. While I wasn`t ready to buy that day, I wasn`t made to feel bad for taking my time either. You can`t say that for most dealers. Definately recommended.
