HONEST, GENUINE service. My car broke

HONEST, GENUINE service. My car broke down just across the street from their shop. I`m originally from outside of Oregon, so I was really caught in a bind, not knowing the area. I went in and told Darrin I was having problems and needed some help. His mechanic took my car right into the shop, lifted it up, and within about 20 or thirty minutes it was good to go. In fact, he gave me a really good deal for the work that was done. They really saved my bacon. I plan on returning to them for future mechanical work, and would recommend them to ANYONE. I have taken my cars to B&G Motors

I have taken my cars to B&G Motors three times now. Each time i have been impressed by their professionalism,skill, and customer service. 100% Trustworthy, I found an HONEST MECHANIC!!!

Would not hesitate giving them a blank check!! Been going there for YEARS!! Honest, Upfront, Kind and WONDERFUL!!.
It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find a good mechanic who is ABSOLUTELY reliable & honest - but I have.
Hope they NEVER close this shop.

Great Service

B and G Motors is very personable. I went in there this afternoon with a burnt out headlight. I fixed one a couple of months ago and it was a time consuming pain. I decided this time that I would spend a little $$ and have someone else do it. I went there today after work and they had the light bulb replaced for me in about 30 minutes, and FREE OF CHARGE! Took my vehicle into these guy...

Took my vehicle into these guys yesturday in the hopes that they could figure out what was going on with the engine problems it was having. This would be the 4rth place I have taken this vehicle (3 different mechanics) for repairs. Each of the other mechanics charged me a "HUGE" bill with no results for things they claimed to have fixed but didn`t. This place was the last hope in finding the problems. Other customers came in after I had already been standing in the office and was talking to the manager and then put on hold so they could help the other customers. VERY poor customer service. First come first served should be there focus. Then after they helped that customer the manager would get up and leave to go to the garage and I would be standing there for 20 extra minutes tell he came back then he picked up the conversation where we left off. NONE of the mechanics new what was going on with it they left the windows open and did not put the vehicle in the garage before closing so my vehicle which had expensive dvd and monitors in it were exposed to the outside which is something I do not do. The next day I was suppose to get a phone call at 10am with some kind of results but never did. I had to have my wife take me over there to find out what was going on. to my suprise the vehicle had not been moved once since I dropped it off. The manager was no where to be found and again, I got the run around! Then he came in and told me that he spoke to another mechanic that told him it could be this problem or it could be that problem. WHAT THE HELL? So in other words I took my vehicle over there to find out what was going on to figure out if I wanted to fix it or not and THEY did not know and had to call other mechanics now I have to ask you, why would you want to take your vehicle there being as they are a full service mechanic shop with MECHANICS just so they will tell you that they consulted with another mechanic? I thought I was taking my vehicle to a mechanic shop! When I picked up the vehicle I ended up with the same questions that brought me there in the first place. Only difference is they nailed me the shop fee with no results. I am so sick and tired of these places claiming to be all that when in fact they are just a bunch of crooks taking advantage of you and not fixing the problems you may be having. Everyone is so lazy that they either do not want to fix the problem but rather cover it up and charge you a huge fee or they are to afraid of any liabilitys they maybe putting themselves into. IF YOU FIX THE PROBLEM YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LIABILITYS! My final review of this place: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP!

Five Stars Plus

B & G have been servicing my automobiles, for the last 17 years. I`ve always found the front desk to be courteous and knowledgeable and their well trained mechanics do excellent work. You`re not paying for extras, such as a fancy waiting room and men in suits but paying for work that is done right the first time. Well Done

I own a Lexus and I had it serviced at a Lexus dealership. About two years ago it broke down in my driveway. Being desperate I call B & G to see if they could help. Less than an hour later they arranged for a tow truck to tow it to their shop at no charge. Three hours later the car was up and running again. Never again will I have my Lexus serviced at a dealership, they charge too much. Paying for a waiting room which looks like a hotel lobby is not for me. Just one thing B & G can do, would they unblock the drain in front of the office door to stop my feet from getting wet.
