This business deserves a rating of "0" stars. Just took my car in for an estimate. They refused to do any business with me unless I divulged the insurance information. I told them I would tell them the insurance information if I decided to use them. They said that they could give me an appointment next week and refused to provide me with an estimate today, even though the car was parked right outside t... view moreheir window. The woman was brusque and rude. It seems that they don`t need any business so don`t bother going there for an estimate. They didn`t appear busy to me and based on other reviews that I read before writing this one, I am not alone in my observations.

Horrible Work and Customer Service

I recently had taken my truck into Alpine Auto Body because I had some driver side damage. Not only did it take nearly TWO weeks to buff out a few (deep) scratches and replace a mirror but when I got my truck back, you could see all of the swirl marks left by the buffer. *It looks worse than it did before I took it in!!* Then on my way home from work (the day after I got it back) a quarter size piece of paint on my... view more door came off! When I took it back in to have them fix it because SUPPOSEDLY they guarantee their work, the GENERAL MANAGER tells me that the cause for the paint chip (which by the way was down to the metal) was a door ding. I told him that at no time since I had got my truck back was I EVER parked next to another vehicle. Even if it was a door ding, don`t you think that there would be a dent where the damage is? There`s not. Besides, my running boards stick out almost a good three inches from my door. There`s no way a door could have done that. No "door ding" can take off that kind of paint. However, he still refuses to fix it. According to him, they can`t fix all the door dings that come in to their shop, which leads me to think that this has probably happened before. I would NEVER recommend going to Alpine Auto Body for your auto body needs. They do horrible work and then refuse to guarantee it.

Alpine helped me a lot . Alpin...

Alpine helped me a lot . Alpine was able to help me with and answer all the questions I had. They also kept me updated on what was going on with my car as it was being fixed and where always nice. Alpine made my very stressful situation a lot better with being able to trust who was working on my car and being walked threw all the steps of what was going to be and what had been fixed on my car.
