Jacked up the price! Won`t be back

I went in for an oil change today...first time. I asked how much for synthetic and she looked at a chart and said $55. That sounded ok...not good, not bad for synthetic. I asked what kind of synthetic oil they used...she looked at me as if it was the first time anyone asked; maybe it was. It was Mobile 1 so I said ""OK!"" 40 minutes later, it was done. She said ""$74.56"" I said ""What? What happened to $55?"... view more": She said ""well it was a truck (she saw it when I pointed to it) and it used extra oil (which they must have known)."" I don`t like 36% surprises. You could have had a new customer; your dishonesty lost you one...and probably others who read this. Shame on you!

Do Not Go Here

I could go on and on about this establishment but your time is valuable, so in a nutshell ....... 1. Staff is very rude and condenscending ( I will say the staff up front were friendly enough ). I have a good working knowledge of how an automobile functions yet the mechanics continued to talk to me as if I was a bothersome child. I always attempt to stay positive and friendly to people yet it was very diffic... view moreult when dealing with these individuals. 2. The mechanics misdiagnosed my car issues ending up in my paying additional costs. I had to bring the car back twice after the issues continued. Hopefully the problems are finished.

what a crappy experince

Talk about crappy there are certain ways to talk to a customer these people have a have no idea how to do that. I would total suggest you take your car here if you havent had enough dirt kicked in your face for the day. The service department is a joke good luck dealing with this idiots.
