I was working with Marcus with the Chevrolet sales team on a new vehicle from a different dealership. We had agreed upon a price that was fair and reasonable. Then we learned that the new vehicle was being driven by the owner of that dealership and had excessive miles. To say the least I didn`t purchase that vehicle. When we returned, the dealership added very expensive options of rims and wheels. For the next two days I attempted to obtain an offer from the dealership. At the close of business, I received a quote that exceeded the amount I wanted to pay and the salesman knew I wanted to pay. I countered and haven`t heard back from the salesman or the dealership in over 24 hours even after e-mailing the General Manager. I have never stepped foot in this dealership and I was torn about the rating. The first part was great, but when we started to look on the dealership lot, the communication started to drop. With this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I did purchase a new car from a different dealership.

CAPITOL DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY

CAPITOL WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR FREE TIRES FOR LIFE WARRANTY. MY TIRES WENT FLAT 3 TIMES WITHIN A WEEK BECAUSE THE TREAD WAS SO LOW, BUT THEY STILL REFUSED TO CHANGE MY TIRES AND GIVE ME NEW TIRES. IT WAS A HAZARD SO I HAD TO GO TO A PRIVATE TIRE DEALERSHIP TO GET BRAND NEW TIRES BECAUSE CAPITOL CHEVROLET IN SALEM, OREGON REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR FREE TIRES FOR LIFE WARRANTY.
