Horrible! Overpriced. Poor Management. I took my SUV in to replace the starter and they found at that time that some gaskets needed replaced. When I picked up the car I paid for the starter which was close to $300. I made an appt for the following week for the gaskets. I called NAPA and the cost of the parts was under $100 when they were going to charge me over $400 to replace them so we decided to do the work oursel... view moreves. I called to cancel the appt that I had made, giving them 4 days in advance notice of the cancellation. I received a call that same day from the owner saying that he didn`t feel it was fair that I was not giving him the business and that he no longer wanted to do business with me. I was surprised at this, as I have been taking my car to him for 4+ years and never had any issues. Hes a money hungry piece of work if you ask me. I will be please to no longer do business with him, especially when I found another company that will do it for half the price!!
