This company made me so mad! I got a flat tire on Saturday. When I called them, a very nice on-call tech guy told me that they could have someone out to my house to fix it abetween b am and 9 am Monday morning. He called on Monday to say it would actually be noon before they could come.A few minutes later, someone else from the company called to say they do not fix passenger cars. I said that the tech told me they d... view moreo and he replied that that was because they thought I had a spare. I replied that the weekend tech knew I did not have a spare because he asked me for the type and number of my tire so the tech could bring one out on Monday. Had I known that they could not help me, I would have had my partner take our son to school and me to work. Now I am calling around at the last minute trying to find someone to fix my tire. GGGGrrrrr. The man I spoke to from Wyatt did not seem particularly sympathetic about their mistake, though did di d offer a perfunctory apology.

Wyatt`s is a small family owne...

Wyatt`s is a small family owned company. I worked for them for 2 1/2 years and I have also been a customer. Wyatt`s has the highest quality tires (Michelin/Uniroyal) and great service. They are good people to work for, which I think says a lot about the company.

Awful customer service. Called...

Awful customer service. Called about used tires and they acted like it was too hard to get the DOT code and other info for me, since I`m out of town.
