This place rocks! I was sort of concerned about stopping here after reading the other reviews (which upon closer inspection look like they were all written by one guy) and boy was I pleasantly surprised. This is one of the worst car lots there is! Will NOT honor WRITTEN contracts. Will make promises they refuse to deliver on. Sold us a car. Jacked up the price agreeing to replace/fix a list of items that were broken. After the sale was done, they refused to honor contract even though in writing. I bought a car last week from Autoteam. The overall experience was good. Craig was very helpful in helping me with my credit situation. There was slight crack on the wind shield which they agreed to fix, and they already honored. I?ˆ™ll definitely refer them in the future. Oh, and the facilities were nice, and they had plenty of parking upfront!

Surprisingly good experience

I actually had a great experience at Autoteam! I must admit I was skeptical at first after reading a few of the reviews, but they had the vehicle I wanted and price to match. They let me take te honda accord to my own mechanic as well for inspection, came back with a good rating. I`ll definitely go back!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They don`t check out any of there cars before selling them and will always try to get top dollar for crap, and on top of that they will not follow through with anything they put in writing or verbally. If you look at the fine print of the contract they make you sign it clears them of anything they promise you. I sadlly bought two cars from these idiots and both have had MAJOR problems over 3000 dollars. Everytime I would call them they would have some BS answer for me, and they will never call you back, you have to chase them around all for them to eventually tell you theres`s nothing they can do for you. JOKE JOKE Stay AWAY!! We went in to see a car that we liked advertised on Craigslist. When we got there Craig told us that it was probably in the shop or sold he didn`t know for sure. That should have been a red flag for us. However, he said there was another vehicle that was the same price and wanted to show us. The same make and model and year for the same price. We took it for a test drive and liked it and Crai... view moreg kept saying that they would work with us and we could probably get it for how much we were asking for. We took the next step and took it into a mechanic that said there were several problems that needed to be fixed. We told Craig about this and he said they were wanting 7,999 which was NOT what he had told us. We tried to negotiate with them today and now they raised their price to close to 9,000, If we had known they would do this we would`ve stayed clear. They wasted our time and money. Time we could`ve spent looking for another car and money since we had to rent a vehicle and take the car to the mechanic. We are part of a program that assists people with bad credit to get into a car and we will be letting them know that this dealership is on the BAD list. Bait & Switch AND would not let us see the car fax until AFTER a deal was made. WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP DOES THAT?
