Poor, lost a current & future customer

Have been a service customer for almost 10 years. Went to trade in Older RX for new or slightly used. Nobody would help us in used or new lots. Stereotype because wearing baseball cap and Levi`s? Poor customer service once we found a salesman, rude, unhelpful and unwilling to even look at numbers, like we were waisting their time. Great Deal - Great Experience

I am extremely happy with my recent purchase at Lexus of Portland. My family got into the car we wanted (and needed) with terms that also worked for my family. The place is beautiful, the selection was great and I didn`t feel like I was being forced into buying a car. Great experience all around. I would highly recommend!

I just leased a Lexus IS 250 f...

I just leased a Lexus IS 250 from Lexus of Portland. Yazen and Steve took great care of me and there was never any pressure at any step of the way. I usually avoid dealers, but this experience was amazing and I have had the car for about a month now and absolutely love it. Buy the car and do it from Lexus of Portland, best car decision you will make.

Extremely Rude

I am in my twenties and have a lexus, the people there always look down on me and do not treat me with any respect. Every time I have gone to get my car serviced or the recalls done...which is all the time...because Lexus is made by Toyota they argue with me as though I have no idea what I am talking about. LANA TRAN the sales consultant had me drive across town in rush hour with my 1 year old to look at a car that t... view morehey didn`t even have, and didn`t even apologize. We spoke to a manager about the situation, to find out Lana had been lying to us all day
just to get us in there and try to make us buy a new car for double the price....She is obvioulsy commision.
