I thought I had found such a great mechanic

This place was recommended to me. I used his services 2 times and he was so nice and seemed to do a great job and was fast too even supplying a loaner car to me which I filled with gas in return. Then one day in the snow.......my ignition was sticking on and my heater quit working. I barely made it to his shop where I was going top leave it to be repaired. Mr Kim came out and stood with his hands on his hips and decl... view moreared that I needed a new heater motor and a new starter. Never even lifted the hood. No loaner car that day or even a ride to the bus stop. It was just weird his entire demeanor had changed. So the next day I picked up my car and paid the huge bill and I left. My air conditioning never worked again, I don`t even know if the unit is still in there I am afraid to look. In short, you cannot diagnose a car by looking at it, his arrogance did not amuse me, and I feel as if he waited for a snowy day to take huge advantage of me. It was leave the car or get a tow truck and if this happens to me ever again I will opt for the tow.

Be Sure To Check The Parts, and Invoice !

my wife and I have been loyal customers of Kim`s for over 10 years and that scares the cr_p out off me. I was told I needed new brake pads and calipers. I told him I don`t need pads I have top of line 1 year ago.Says yes I do because oil got on them.quoted me $400.00. I told my wife right then I didn`t feel right about this. Pick up car and he says he replaced calipers with Re-manufactured calipers, and says he didn`... view moret need to replace pads and only gave a $10.00 discount. $390.00 and no pads? 2 weeks later brakes go out. I replaced them myself and see OLD JUNK CALIPERS he must have picked up at a JUNK YARD, and charged me for NEW (re-manufactured) PARTS. He knows I`m disabled and struggling and never thought I would do the work myself with a friend and find out that he has been cheating me.Don`t go there and if you do make sure you get the parts you pay for. In my opinion that FRAUD, A CHEATER WITH NO MORALS. 10 years and DISABLED?? He wears a good MASK of Kindness and concern, but underneath a cold hearted shark.

An honest mechanic!!!

Kim`s was recommended to us by someone who used to own a Honda and knew we were seeking a mechanic to do repairs on ours. Mr. Kim did an excellent job! He fully described what needed doing and what the charges would be, completed the work efficiently, and mentioned when we picked up the car something else that wasn`t urgent but that would need doing fairly soon.
