I am an Oregon Native and a local resident of Eugene since 1976. Thanks to the heritage of my parents I am trilingual in English, French and Spanish. Having apprenticeship in Las Vegas, I am registered and certified in Oregon. Had a severe blow-out while traveling through southern Oregon. Mike, @ Basin, was a WONDERFUL help!! Not only with professional service, but his knowledge was second to none. His crew was super efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. I cannot say enough praise about this group... if I lived near by I`d buy ALL my tires from them. We were on our way to Crater L...

We were on our way to Crater Lake in our RV, when we had tire failure. The tread on our front passenger side tire lost it`s tread. We managed to change it to the spare and started calling all the tire shops in Klamath. Basin Tire Service was the only shop to have the tires we needed. They only had 4, but that was better than none. We drove back to Klamath Falls and to Basin Tire Service. When we arrived they were rea... view moredy for us and immediately took our RV in. They changed the worst of our tires and then the owner came in to tell us that with one new tire on each dually that it wouldn`t be good to have a brand new tire and one old "shorter" tire on the dually. He said it would wear down the new tire to the older one`s level. He could not find any more tires in his shop, but he had just replaced the tires on his boat trailer and that they were the same ones, just a different brand. He was willing to have them taken off and for us to have them on the RV. We couldn`t believe how wonderful and helpful this shop was. We had been praying about the situation and what a solution! Soon we were on our way with the 6 new tires our RV needed! Thank you Basin Tire Service. Service with a smile and integrity!
