I tried to buy a car here, still had to have a co signer. Finally got a car and as soon as I drove it off the lot I had trouble with it. The brakes hadn`t been done, les schwab broke the sensors off the tires twice, had to take it all the way back to Medford and get it fixed, had to wait 4 days then got it back and the AC quit working. This all happened in the 30 day warranty and they wont give me my money back.

If I could not have marked a start I would not have. Worst people to deal with, still cannot get my vehicle smogged in CA and I bought the car a year ago. Will not start each month without the code and then sometimes still will not start. We pay the entire payment at the begining of each month. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy a vehicle from them. Sole Savers is one of the wors...

Sole Savers is one of the worst places to do business as far as buying a car goes. My husband surprised me with a car that was purchased here. First off, when my husband got home with the car he said the blue book that was showed to him showed the car at 10 grand. I found this very hard to believe for a 2006 car with nothing but the basics. There`s nothing special about this car. So I decided to check the BB myse... view morelf and the car doesn`t even BB at 6 grand. Therefore making it so we can`t even refinance and we`re stuck paying 400 a month for a car that originally had a crack in the bumper, and the button on the inside of the car to open the trunk doesn`t even work. I will be trading in the car at the 1.5 year mark as stated in the paperwork or we end up paying over 17 thousand for a car that isn`t even worth 6 thousand dollars. My husband even had to talk them down to 400 a month. They were trying to get 700.. Are you KIDDING me? for a basic car that doesn`t have power ANYTHING???? Stay away from Sole Savers, Had I known he was going to go buy a car, I would of done the homework before buying. And, Sole savers would have been an EXTREME last resort. When they show you a blue book price, PLEASE go home or log onto your smart phone and blue book the car yourself, otherwise you`re being lied to about the BB price. If you can refrain from buying a car here, please do. Don`t give them your business. They don`t care about the customer, they`re all about ripping people off and getting as much money as their greediness can take from people. BEWARE BUYER!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
