Been there twice. Worst service I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and just drive two minutes more to the NAPA guys in Monmouth. 1. First time I went to this Autozone the employee on duty was more interested in installing a part on a customer`s car in the parking lot than helping a customer inside the business....waited 15 minutes and finally left after no help. 2. Went back today (I know silly me) and wanted... view more some wiper blades. Had to ask a guy named &quot;Javi&quot; if he worked there.....he certainly didn`t offer any help and seemed more interested in texting on his cell phone than providing a customer some service. I ask if he could get me some wiper blades for me....he pointed over to the corner and said &quot;they are over there&quot;. I asked if he could show me and he did not budge from his seat. He refused to go over and get them for me (I know....how dare I ask for service) When I noted to him that his job was to provide customer service to me a customer, he thought it was hilarious and basically laughed at me. When I stated I was never coming back due to twice getting poor service he thought it was even funnier and rudely told me &quot;That is great, why don`t you just do that.&quot; At this point I asked for his name, he refused to tell me , I asked again and he gave it to me. He refused to give me a pen to write it down and told me if I &quot;had a problem&quot; he could call the manager listed on the door. NEVER again will I shop where an employee named &quot;Javi&quot; thinks that customer service is &quot;funny&quot;. Never Ever Again. Go to Napa.....they don`t mind getting off their cell phones and off their butts, they don`t mind helping customers, and they don`t mind doing what they are paid for......which is serving the customer who pays them.....
