I`d never bought a car from a dealer

I`d never bought a car from a dealer before, so I wasn`t sure to expect when I went looking today. My other half and I ended up at Mackenzie Ford because they were advertising a smart that we were interested in. We ended up working with Andy, who was a very nice, patient guy. Turned out the smart we wanted to look at was on another lot, so he took us down there, and let each of us test drive it. Once we decided it... view more was the car we wanted, he helped us get the car and the three of us back to his lot. Andy was patient through the whole paperwork process, which seemed to take forever. I think the amount of time it took to process the paperwork, and get the financing took the longest. It was worth it though, we came home with the car, new plates, and a better financing rate that we`d planned on.

Very good buying experience

We came to MacKenzie Ford to purchase a Fiesta SE. After agreeing a price via email, we came into the dealership to complete the negotiation.
