Great experience with Horton`s

We`ve been taking our cars to Horton`s since 2005. Ross is very knowledgeable and I feel his techs are competent in what they do. We first brought our 01 AUDI S4 to Horton`s after seeking a second opinion about a transmission problem the dealer had diagnosed as ""the car needing a transmission replacement."" They found a faulty switch which was replaced for $350, instead of $4000. My daughter now drives that car ... view moreand it is still maintained at Horton`s. I have my 02 540i serviced there, and my wife`s 05 C230 serviced there as well. We have waited a couple of times for work to be completed later than expected, however I understand that parts for these cars do not come off the shelf at the local parts store and was always notified in advance about delays. Awesome!!!!!

Been going to Horton`s for 15 years and they are great! Very trustworthy and reliable and do very good work at a decent price. As far as the bad review, it was the only one person out of many who did not have a good experience but it takes patience if certain parts for your car are hard to find and order. My car was not ready for a wee...

My car was not ready for a week and not all repairs were successfully completed when I picked up my car. I did not feel confident about the quality of work completed and promptly took my car to another shop for a quick look over after I picked up my car. Incorrect parts were ordered or not ordered in a timely fashion to complete repairs. Inconsistent answers were provided about problems that were encountered while... view more working on my car. Go Elsewhere!!!

Terrible experience - my car was not ready for 3 additional business days over the two days estimated to complete the repairs. Repairs were not complete when I picked up my car. They did not communicate with me in a timely manner and could not provide estimates about completing the work. Very frustrating experience.

Excellence in Cleanliness

In all the times I have gone to a shop I have never seen such an organized, clean and well run shop. Ross takes so much pride in not only the repairs he does but in his shop as well. The tools he uses are made for the auto`s he repairs, not trying to take a tool and make it work for something it isn`t designed for. I really am impressed at this shop and the way that it is run.
