Terrible service and Liars in the Parts Department! My wife went in to trade a helmet that I bought her as a gift. She picked out one (Full-face) that would cost $180 compared to the $79.00 one I bought her. We also had picked out some snowmobile goggles. The first parts guy said he didn`t think it would be a problem as we had the receipt and all tags were clearly on the unused helmet. Then his partner got off the ph... view moreone and informed us they have a "strict" (ridiculous) 24 hr policy on helmets, but he would need to check with the manager. When we got back to the counter with all of the stuff we were gonna buy we were informed the manager said no. Fine so we left our things on the counter and told them we`d be glad to take our business elsewhere. When I got to the car I called and asked for the manager, and was told that he was not in. I told them that was funny since I was told that he just made a big decision to discard my business. Then a little stuttering and stammering as the fellow said he must have j-j-j just stepped out! They have lost my business forever

Very Helpful And Friendly.

Best parts on prices I could find anywhere...fast service when I brought my bike in for a tire change...lowest prices on a new Can Am Commander my brother could find anywhere in the Northwest. It is definitely a big dealership with a lot of inventory to choose from but the staff gives you a real small town positive vibe. Go To shop of the area

This place is great, we have ATVs, Snowmobiles & Generators and can get everything we need in one shop. Not to mention we are able to have any service needed done in one stop as well. They have great pricing and are happy to price match (not that you will find better deals). Their service department is trained and knowledgeble of all brands of vehichles, they have never steered us wrong nor been anything but great p... view morericed and effeciant in producing quality service for our money. Their parts staff is so eager to help you and make sure you have everything you need before you leave, no need to make a list, they have you covered. I will not reccomend anyone to any other shop besides ProCaliber.

..need Quality work done?

The Folks at Pro Caliber Longview Service are the BEST I`ve found . . and I`ve been to more than a few. These Fellows know bikes,(mine are Honda and Yamaha). Had carb problems and also needed overall `Checkups`. They were helpful,friendly,knowlegeable . . and best of all . . They got it right!! Terrific Mechanics. Oh yeah . . Ben too! One of the worst service centers

These guys are friendly, nice and don`t have any problem spending your money on false problems. I have taken three of my bikes to this place over the last three years. When you can tell them what you want done, it is done well. If you need trouble shooting or are not sure what you need they will rake you over the coals and lie to your face about what has been done and what you will need.
This review was written af... view moreter my last visit when I took my bike in for an unknown stalling problem. I was informed that I would need to have the carbs rebuilt to the tune of $400 - $500. I declined this service, took my bike to a good mechanic and the problem was fixed with $7 worth of spark plugs.

Sport bikes rule

Before you stereotype me I am not one of the younger generation wheelie crew. I have been privileged to own a couple new Harley Davidsons through my years. After selling my last one I went into a couple HD dealers and felt like I was walking into a Hooters. I didn`t need to buy branded socks or underwear, I needed I cool motorcycle. I started researching what the best handling motorcycle were and that happens to be sport bikes. I don` need to go fast and I don`t need to work on them all the time (Harley, Ducati, BMW). I went into Pro Caliber and talked with Jim and Doug on various occasions. They sat me on bikes and answered any question I could come up with. I even cross checked Jim and Doug and what do you know they know their stuff. I ended up buying a Suzuki Hyabusa. I could of bought 2 for the price of a Harley. This is the best handling bike I have ever been on in my life. Smooth, endless power and confidence inspiring. Thanks guys!

Great Service and Follow Up

Bought a 2010 Honda VT1300 Interstate at Pro Caliber in Longview. I shopped many other dealers, including the large one in Beaverton (not named), and the only one that stuck to 100% of what they offered (price, service, etc.) was Pro Caliber.

I`m very pleased with how they treated me, and honored the price I was quoted on the phone - something their competition did not do...
