NOT recommended
I am not a happy customer, and I would not recommend this shop! We had high hopes because I`d read a good review on one website and the literature in the office says how your satisfaction is important to them and how happy they want their customers to be. I will say that everyone was friendly and nice. However, we got our car back and they ahd put on an after market part that was so obviously cheap that it seemed ... view morelike a joke! The actual body work and painting looked good, but there was some damage to the inside of the car door that was hidden. It was obvious to me that the power window dragged and when it hit the top of the window it would not shut and would go back down half way. This didn`t consistently happen, but the dragging was noticible. We took the car back and they replaced one after market part with an OEM part, but they still didn`t fix the window. They said they couldn`t recreate the problem. We decided we didn`t want to return a 3rd time, so we went to the dealership. They recommended a shop who found the ""hidden"" damage in the door. A bent run channel, and broken (in two) cable which had to be replaced. But they also found that instead of peeling back the vapor barrier Kadel`s had torn into it, and also broke off a tab off the Bose speaker. They took pictures and the vapor barrier looked like they put their hand into it and tore it open. Fortunately our insurance company was very easy to deal with and agreed to let us go elsewhere otherwise who knows how many times we would have had to go back to Kadel`s to be told that they didn`t see anything wrong. It was such an insult, to be told so nicely that they couldn`t see anything wrong when it was so obviously wrong to us. I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone ever!!!

Sneaky business practices. BEWARE!
I was rear-ended and my bumper needed to be replaced. The guy who hit me was uninsured, so we talked and he agreed to pay for the repair outright. We got a quote from Kadel`s and decided to go with them. The $860 repair bill was PAID FOR UP-FRONT, IN FULL, before any work was done on my car. We soon got a call saying that the replacement bumper that they ordered was damaged, and that they couldn`t order another ... view moreof that style, therefore, we would need to pay an additional $100 for them to order a ""new"" bumper. We said ""no thanks"" and decided to pick up the car and take it to another shop that would honor the pre-paid-for service that was quoted, and naturally, we asked for a refund. They refused to refund all of the money, saying that we owed them $86 due to the fact that they removed and reattached my car`s bumper (before they noticed the part THEY ordered was damaged). No actual work was done on my car, yet, I was without it for 3 days while they tried to nickel-and-dime us on a pre-paid service. Maybe this works for insurance companies and rich people, but this is not what I would consider honest business practices. Since they didn`t actually do any work on my car, I cannot comment on the quality of their work, but, as far as I am concerned, based soley on business practices, I would NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere slightly more honest!
