great service, very pleased

I am very please with the color match maaco provided on my 2006 Chevy Cobalt. I had to have to front bumper, and both fenders replaced. They gave me options for painting my car at an affordable rate. Customer service is professional and welcoming. I will return to this small business franchise and I have referred one of my friends with their 2004 Audi already.

Paint job...

I called them after I heard that they had opened up. I was very pleased when I showed up. They seemed very organized and put together. The manager came out with me and looked around my car, now I have a 1967 Chevy nova that is still getting a lot of work done on it. So I explained I just wanted a simple paint job on the inside and outside of my nova. Just help protect it the car from rusting any further. We made the... view more deal and set up on the drop off. Dishonest, terrible work, and they still have my car!

This MAACO auto body and paint shop still has my car!!! I`d been having problems with the work (very sloppy) done by this shop. When I`d point things out, the owner would play dumb. He said he`d fix the things but then kept putting me off. I finally went down to see the progress on my car and the owner had been evicted!!! My car is still in that shop!!! I now have to go through a huge amount of red tap... view moree with MAACO corporate to get my car back. It`s takes weeks and several notices to evict someone. He knew it was going to happen. Before he was evicted, the owner said he was thinking of leaving MAACO and starting his own shop. STAY AWAY from anything he is involved in. His work is awful, and he`s a habitual liar. BEWARE!!!

Discount Paint job comes with an ATTITUDE

I am an Experienced Mechanic with over 30 years of automotive restoration and customization. I am a Disabled Vet now and I am trying to help my son out so I took him to Maaco to get an Estimate and to talk to the Owner about what Services he has to offer. This is the second visit as the first time he really did not want to talk without seeing the car. So I brought him the car, and in return this is what I received... view more; He seemed to have an attitude to begin with. I guess what he really didn`t like was when someone with a little knowledge started questioning him. I picked up on his body language and flat asked him do you have a problem with us, after a short hesitation with him saying nothing I said ""okay son we will take our business somewhere else."" He said something to the effect of ""Fine take your Business elsewhere."" I made a comment to my son at that time, something tot he effect of"" Boy, what a jerk."" At that point this man started following me out, right on my heels and started verbally abusing me. He was trying to provoke me into some kind of physical contact. I cannot print the choice words that were used between the BOTH of us, Long story short if you want GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE at a FAIR PRICE, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I am not exaggerating, I ended up calling the police to get him away from my car so I could leave without a Physical Confrontation! First time in my life I walked away from one. The one star rating is only because they would not print this without a rating.
