I just had my car serviced at Dimitri`s this morning and I am completely satisfied with the work and the cost...not to mention that Dimitri ran up to the Toyota dealership to pick up a part to get my AC working properly. Honest, reasonably priced mechanic who does great work!

I was taking my Subaru Outback to a ""Suby Specialist"" in town who spent over a year trying to figure out my idling problem, unsuccessfully. Took Dimitri under 10 minutes to diagnose it and about a half a day to fix it. Brought it back two weeks later to replace blown head gaskets and he did the work on-time and for what he quoted me. The best auto shop ever!

I have been taking my vehicles to Dimitri`s Downtown Auto for the last 2 years. I recommend him to everyone! Truly the best service and most honest mechanic you will ever find. He has saved me thousands of dollars over the years, and seems to be far more knowledgeble then the mechanics at the dealerships. Thanks a million to him!!

What can I say?

Hello, this is Dimitri, and what can I say. I do not have any recollection, or any service records for a ruined car as described above.
I do my best to make sure every customers vehicle is serviced and repaired as it should be, and have provided great service for nearly 10 years without issue. Sorry you were dissatisfied, if you are indeed a customer. Feel free to check my other reviews.

Worst Mechanic Ever!!! Horrible!!! Seriously Incompetent!!!

Dimitri is the worst mechanic in the world. My car was fine. It needed a simple part replaced and it has never been the same. He replaced the part, and in the process ruined a bunch of other things. I finally took it somewhere else and $2000 later it might be okay. I also found out that it`s pretty difficult to ruin what he ruined. It takes a special kind of mechanic to screw up that bad.
