toke my truck to tim after aamco told me my tranny need over hauled tim saved me half the money by fixing it with out over hauling will take my truck back to him for all services.

Amazingly honest. Highly recommended.

Amazingly honest. Highly recommended. Not only did, Tim not sell me a transmission I did not need. He even drove my car 2 miles down the road to another auto mechanic when he determined the transmission did not need to be replaced. I was stunned when he told me the transmission was fine- another repair shop suggested the transmission needed to be replaced. BUT I was speechless when he offered to drive it to another r... view moreepair shop for a tune-up (he only works on transmissions). He didn`t charge us a dime. I would have readily believed the transmission needed to be replaced. I am still amazed that he did not take advantage of me, a woman with 3 kids who clearly does not know much about cars.

MOST AWESOME!!!

Tim was straight forward, no BS!!!! Aatco fixed my car for exactly what he quoted and it was done in 1 day! I am very impressed with their service and I have already recommended them to a co-worker. They are very friendly, fast and professional! Highly recommend!!!

Best Service Possible

Tim and his team are fantastic - you could not get better service anywhere. They are very trustworthy and just plain nice! I would trust them with all of my cars - and would highly recommend them. He saved me thousands of dollars!!!

The last honest transmission repair shop?

My experience with car repair shops over my 40+ years has been less than ideal but Tim Schroeder`s crew at AATCO Transmissions has regained my faith that there are honest, high quality repair shops still around. My transmission went out, mainly due to shotty work at another car repair shop, and I was very nervous about trsuting someone with a new transmission. As with any repair on an old car it sometimes leads to other things breaking which I brought in to AATCO for them to repair also...I have never written a review before bt had to sign up to give this company the ""props"" they deserve. Portland Metro`s Best Transmission Repair

Highest Knowledge, Honest work, Excellent Customer Service

These guys are the best, honest and NO GAMES, look no further!! I have an intermediate level of mechanic experience and knowledge, so I really hate getting jerked around but here you dont get any of that! Best Car repair in Beaverton!

We have had a car sitting for sometime waiting for our son to be old enough to drive it. Well, that time came and the clutch was completly gone. We took it to a chain shop and they quoted us $1800!! We looked around some more and were recommended Tim`s AATCO Transmission by a friend. Their quote came in at $629 for the exact same work!
