WE HAVE BEEN CHEATED, THEIR WORDS (SALES PERSON AND FINANCIAL OFFICER) DOSE NOT STAND FOR ANYTHING. we were nagociating price for new van at ESKRIDGE HONDA OK CITY, dealership.we have repeated many times that we wants to drive out price inclueded TAX & TITLE. well you all know this gose for many time befor we agree on price that was T.T. inclueded. well in the end their sales agreement came with MARKED US... view moreED VAN AND THEIR WAS NO TAX WAS ON IT. I TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT AND SIGN PAPER WITHOUT LOOKING IT. IT WAS 9:30 AT NIGHT WHEN WE END UP SINGING.WE ALL WERE READY TO GO HOME. I SHOW THEIR MISTAKE ONCE I GOT TO HOME. I WENT BACK TO THEIR THEM AND POINT OUT THEIR MISTAKE. THEY SAID ITS OK IT MISTAKE BY SECRETORY AND NOT TO WORRY ABOT IT. I ASK THEM ABOUT THE TAX NOT BEEN ON SALE PAPER AND THEY SAID THEIR IS NO TAX. Now i have to pay for it which suppose to be paid by them. I JUST WANT ALL OF YOU TO NOT TO TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTING THAY SAY. DOUBLE CHECK BEFOR YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM .

We ordered our Honda from Eskridge with no hassles & for a reasonable price. The buying experience was better than I have ever received from any other dealership. The service department does outstanding work. They are quick & efficient. Eskridge Honda frequently sends me coupons in the mail & utilizing these keeps the price for maintenance on my vehicle even lower.
