Never again!!!

I had the worst experience ever. I do not recommend this place at all. They puts parts on my car without permission and tried to charge me for it, even after that I had to go back twice because it still wasn`t fixed correct. Go somewhere else if you want you`re car done right.AVOID PLESE AVOID!!!!!!

My experience at this Pep Boys...

My experience at this Pep Boys was not a good one and I will not go back. I ordered a part for my truck on the 20th and then was told about a week later that the manufacturer doesnt make it anymore which isnt true because my wife had gone on line and ordered the same part. I would like to know why they told me they could get it and then called me back and said they couldnt. And the woman that was working there was v... view moreery hatefull and rude. I will not go to them in the future and will also tell others that they shouldnt either because they wont be treated very well.
