Horrible service
My brakes had locked up and I brought it in. The mechanics could not figure it out. Finally the "Chief Mechanic" looked at it and said it was the master cylinder and priced it at $600. This is highway robbery

Incompetent thieves
When I walked into Firestone, I told David, the clerk at the desk, specifically that I broke two of the valve stems and that my truck has a Tire Pressure Monitoring System so that those would have to be replaced. Instead of getting off his rear end he said that they would replace them for free. I asked Really? I know those are expense. He said yes. Not an hour later (I left my truck there for the day) I got a ca... view morell telling me that it would be $118 EACH to replace them.
When I went to pick my truck up, they had replaced all 4 instead of just the two that needed to be replaced. And basically they wouldn?ˆ™t give me my keys back without paying for them. I got to looking at the bill and they put the wrong tires on ?ˆ“ a more expensive one of course. And wouldn?ˆ™t refund the difference to me. Chris ?ˆ“ the store manager insisted that he had fulfilled his duties.
Next, the tire pressure light on the dash wouldn?ˆ™t turn off. When I asked David about it, he said the dealer would turn that off for me. When I asked what that would cost me, he said it would be free. When I got to the dealer they said it would be $95 and take an hour.
Naturally, I went back to Firestone, they needed my truck for an entire day and ended up having to take it to the dealer anyway. Chris won?ˆ™t honor a firestone coupon on the tires that they put on my truck ?ˆ“ more expensive ?ˆ“ because he didn?ˆ™t feel it was his job to have to take my truck to the dealer to get it reset.
So basically they are incompetent and thieves at that Firestone.
