Of course City Glass is busy, I would expect any business that puts out a good product at a very fair price to be busy. Every time I have went to the North May location, they have customers in their waiting room area. They write up custom orders quickly & thoroughly, then move on to the next customer. I`ve never had to wait too long. I think they are all experienced & helpful with suggestions. I have recommen... view moreded them to others in the past and will do so in the future. If you want a glass store to hold your hand, then expect to pay for that service...although I thought they were all very nice.

Wow!! I know that we had a hai...

Wow!! I know that we had a hail storm in Oklahoma City and that they are busy but the ATTITUDES from their office on May are insane! One would think that a business would welcome as much business as possible, but not this location! I was quickly told that it would be at least a month in a half before they could come even look at my window (and I understand that) then when I said it was okay the receptionist quickly... view more pushed off to a technician that AGAIN said he couldn`t even tell me when he could come out and was rude the entire time. City Glass on May needs to learn how to handle being busy without being so overwhelmed that they can`t even handle a phone call.

Great people!

We had gone to another glass replacement place for my car and they were very rude to us. Frustrated we took our car to City Glass and not only were they able to help us but they only took 15 minutes! They were friendly, organized, and I would recommend them to everyone!
