My husband and I went here because my sister got her a pretty nice car from here. Well my credit was a 663 and they wanted me to pay a 22% interest (which I refused to do) but we found a nice (LOOKING) Chevy Tahoe. Well we had it 2 weeks and I went to start it and it wouldnt start. So my husband just shook the battery and it started then almost 2 weeks later we notice its leaking water like crazy and then smoke st... view morearts coming out of the vents!!!! Well I called and took it to AAMCO like they told me to and on Saturday at noon when I left there the guy at AAMCO (Chris) said it was fixed.... So we took our 4 boys to the movies and when we got out at 5:45pm the same freaking day the stupid thing wouldnt start!!!! Our youngest is 7 months old and he has to have a breating treatments well we couldnt get ahold of anyone to help us right then so over an hour later we got the Tahoe and ourselves home and got our son his treatment and we called Eldorado Motors and got voicemail and kept getting voicemail!!!! That was 6/22/13 and its 7/1/13 we still call everyday and we keep getting voicemails!!!! The only person we have spoke to is Chance or Chase I couldnt really understand him and I told him this car was a Lemon and he replied well contact your attorney but it wont do you any good because its a buy here pay here lot so the lemon law does not apply!!!! So pretty much they will sale you junk and charge you an arm and a leg!!!! Im a country girl with christian morals or I would really let these people have it!!!! My gerl test drove 3 cars today n they were all crap. Not only that, who wud pay 11000 dollars for a 2001? Not us. We have used dealers here n for a 2006 she paid 6000 we just happen to be goin pass there n decided to stop. this is a very shifty place it will help improve your credit a little. but they suck at everything else i am tired of working on a car that needs something new every week. it is quite stupid don`t do it. its a huge waste of time and money.

Tittle says it all, I`m not going to go into details. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not do business with thease "People" The company and the employees are crooked and have No Business ethics! There is not a single underhanded trick they are above or will not pull. If not for the few unsuspecting poor souls that wonder in thease terrible people would be out of business. BEWARE!

This place is terrible. We bought a large suv March of 2011. They never stood behind their warranty and we now have a money pit. The worse part about this place is they put a repo on my credit report, on the car we have. That is not even behind on payments. All that hard work I have done to repair my credit is pretty much time wasted. My credit has been cleaned up for the last six months. I went to trade in this... view more piece of crap on a new car, and the dealer tells me I have a recent repo, and that will greatly affect my interest rate. I have been trying to get it fixed for 3 weeks, and have had no luck. It is like they are forcing me to keep this car. I am going to try and settle this by phone this week, one more time. If that don`t work, I will see what legal action I can do. Beware of this company. They sell you crap, and falsely report to credit bureaus.

I bought a car from here on Thursday. Friday I had them come oick it up because I found a fuel leak from the fuel pressure regulator. They towed it in Friday night. I rented a car for the weekend expecting the car back by Monday. Come Monday morning they had no answers for me, so I extended the car rental another day. I called Tuesday and they said they couldn`t find the leak. So I went to pick up my car knowing that... view more as soon as I drove it, it would start leaking again and it did. I had to extend my rental another day which ended up costing me 250.00 for four days. And now I have to pay for a real mechanic who also saw the fuel leak immediately. to fix it. I am very disappointed with the service I have not gotten thus far.

Horrible business

If anyone needs a vehicle, do not buy from these dispicable people. I just recently paid off my vehicle with them, two weeks after my last payment, they called and said I had one more payment due. Curious as to what exactly this payment was I contacted them and was told it was a late fee. My payments were due every other saturday, I could never get there on Saturdays, due to work, so I asked them if I could turn in p... view moreayment on Saturday night or Sunday, being that they are closed on Sunday`s, doesnt really matter if it is there Saturaday night or sunday, as long as they got it by Monday morning. Well for a little over three years I made payments this way and they neglected to inform me every time I did this I was late. After I talking to the rudest account representative, she told me that payments had to be made during office hours. No where in my contract does it say that. To finish this review, do not buy from them, they will not abide by original contract. They will make up B.S. to get more money out of you. Horrible, horrible, horrible business.
