We were broke down and couldn`t travel for the thanksgiving holiday . We had the car towed in and we were met with a nice environment and a professional attitude. Car was fixed and we were on the road by that afternoon . Thank you for the fine work and great prices .

I TRUST MY MECHANIC

My family has been taking our cars to Beck`s Garage since Jeff Beck opened his doors 20 years ago. They have an honest shop, qualified staff, cleanest shop I`ve ever seen, cool vibe, and most important to me...they go beyond normal expectations to explain my mechanical issues. I`m not a mechanic, and I`m not going to bicker over price for a skill set I don`t possess. If I was a DIY auto person, I would shop at a loca... view morel auto parts store and fix my cars myself. I don`t walk into a restaurant with my bargain store bought meat and complain about the $12 price for a hamburger. I am paying for the skills of a company that knows what they are talking about. My kids use Beck`s, my friends use Beck`s, and in my opinion, Beck`s Garage is not like the rest of the shops around. They are top notch...have been for 20 years and counting.

I have numerous experiences with Beck`s garage, each worse than the last. Be warned. They will absolutely overcharge you, do not honor warranties and likely will try to sell you services you don`t need. I started going there several years and, at first, thought they were a good shop. But then, after replacing my brakes, less than a year later they tried to sell me the same brake job (another shop told me they were co... view morempletely fine). So, I stopped going. One of my last purchases at that time was a battery for my car. Flash forward to this month. The less than 2 years old battery gives out. Begrudgingly, I take the car back to this shop, expecting a free or prorated replacement on the warrantied battery. Instead, they insisted the battery was fine and that it was my alternator. Being desperate for my car back, I relented to the alternator replacement. They quoted me over $600 for this!!! A quick google search confirmed that this was over 400% markup. I argued and got the price down a bit, but not much. Asked again if they were certain battery was ok, they said yes. Got car back and thought I`d be done with them forever. 6 days later: cars dies twice in 1 day due to failed battery. I borrow a friend`s car and go back to the shop and ask for a replacement battery since it is clear that they warrantied battery needs replacing. They give me the run around and want to bring it in for further review. Then, Jeff Beck himself (the owner) won`t even confirm that the replacement will be warrantied! He acts like there could be charges for this replacement, despite the fact that they had already made a ridiculous markup on what was likely a completely unnecessary alternator replacement and they had told me the battery was under warranty for 5 years! It was the final straw. I left and went to AutoZone, where they actually honor their battery warranties. I will never, under any circumstances, go back to Beck`s Garage. If you like being charged 300-400% markups on parts, and if you like being sold services you don`t need, then by all mean go there. But if not, I would absolutely avoid them. Awful experience.

WARNING!!! I handed Jeff Beck $4,000 for his labor charges with the specific goal to make a 1976 Ford Bronco run reliably and to add a suspension lift kit. Beck`s is GREAT!!!

My experience with Beck`s was great! A wreck in a blizzard knocked out my transmission. Since my car is 12 years old, my insurance company refused to cover the cost of the transmission, assuming &quot;the car is old and it was bound to happen&quot;. Their persistent refusal was infuriating and heartbreaking to me because I have always taken meticulous care of my Toyota, and until the day of the blizzard it... view more had always run and looked like new! But Becks worked with the insurance company and turned them around. I got my car fixed, and was only out the cost of the rental!!! The guys did a great job. Susan was so sweet, and worked really hard to take care of me. I`m sooooo apreciative! What wonderful customer service!

Horrible Service, Staff and Experience

Nice Garage but the service and people that work at the garage have horrible attitudes. The main people I had contact with was a woman named Susan who worked behind the counter and two mechanics. I did speak with the owner on the phone and all I got from each and everyone was attitude and they are better than anyone else mind set. I took a car in for repair and saw the credit card logos on the door, but when I wen... view moret to pick up unfinished car that took 6 hours to diganoise they would only take cash from me only...something wasn`t right. Yes, they also discriminate and single out people. I had to call the local police to help fix the problem. Do Not Do Business with these people. Take pictures of garage, drive by, but just don`t let them say they can work on your car because if you are not what they agree with or like you will get horrible service.
