Worst experience I ever had!

Took my car to get a paint correction to K & D custom auto detail on 7-18-13. I called and specifically asked if they were familiar with using a polisher to remove swirl marks and light scratches and I was told that they could. They gave me an app. at 8:00 am. I got there and waited until 8:45am and the guy who was going to work on my car never got there so I left and went home. I called at 11:00 and talked to th... view moree guy who was going to work on my car and I asked him "have you looked at my car and can you remove the swirl marks and scratches?" He said yes and it`s going to cost you $200. I said call me when its done. They called me at 5:00pm that my car was finished and turned out great. I got there to pick up my car and guess what all the swirl marks and scratches were there. I showed them to him and he got a compound and started to work on a scratch by hand. I told him that all the defects were still there and that I`ll wold bring it back the next day so they can do the job right and get rid off all the paint defects and he said " No, I can`t do anything else to it with your paint". I told him I wasn`t paying him that his was not a $200 job. He then said $100 and I said, "this is not a $100 job". This business didn`t do anything to my car except wash it and put tire gloss on it and I had to pay $100 for that. I literally got robbed $100 because they never polished my car with a polisher to get rid off the swirl marks and scratches like i asked them too. He should of told me that he couldn`t do the job and I would of found some one else to do it. I got pictures and a video of this so called job that really isn`t worth $&@t.

I was extremely impressed with the staff and work at K & D. Extremely nice and very fair rates. I would highly recommend K & D and they`ve found a customer for life!

Window Tinting

The guys and girls were very professional and fair priced. The tint came out exactly as I requested and on time. I`m ordering tool boxes and a grille guard from them because of how they do business. Highly recommended!
