Dub Richardson Toyota - Oklahoma City
I had the best experience working with Ted Gumerson at Dub Richardson Toyota on NW Expressway. Actually, this was my 2nd dealing with Ted. He`s a superb salesman. Ted does not press you and really seems to want to help you find what you really want!
He wasn`t in when I was looking last week, so I left and came back when he would be there. That`s how much I think of Ted. If you are in the market for a new (or almo... view morest new) car, go to Dub Richardson Toyota...and ask for Ted!
A happy customer! Nora

Great Service
We purchased a new Toyota Venza from Dub Richardson, the salesperson was great. She was a tremendous help to us. We have also used the service department for oil changes (they are free for the first two years) and the service was great. We dropped off the Venza thinking it would take all day, because it was free to us and we did not have an appointment. They called us within two hours after we left the car, that ... view moreit was ready. My next Toyota will be from Dub Richardson and Chic will be my sales person. Very happy with them and we love the Venza!

Dub Richardson Toyota
We decided saturday morning, July 4th 2011, that it was time to take a look at purchasing an new car. We had, and still have a 2001 Avalon that we purchased new. The car still runs and looks as good as it did when we bought it. We spent most of the day looking and test driving several different makes and models form several dealerships. We had no intention of purchasing another Toyota, because our experince we had du... view morering the buying process in 2001, was one we did not want to go through again. The service that was required and needed in the first couple of years was less than satisfactory.
We accidently found Dub Richardson, when test driving a Nissan, we were not aware that there was a 4th dealership to chose from, when looking at Toyotas. If there service department is half as good as thewre sales team, it will be such a major improvement from what we have experienced in the past. The decision to buy a Toyta Venza (crossover) ended up being a no brainer. Hands down this was the cleanest, nicest ride, of all that we looked at, the decision to stay with Toyota was very simple. I would recommend, not only Toyota, but Dub Richardson, to anyone that that is looking for a new vehicle. The only suggestion I would have, is to make them the last stop, unless you belive what I am saying, make them first, and save yourself alot of time and headaches.

Great dealership
We just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry XLE from Dub Richardson on NW Expressway in OKC. Very good experience - from sales to financing. Glad to recommend them.

Really good experience
Just bought my second car at DRT. They have a new no-hassle pricing policy that takes all the finagling out of the deal. Whew!
I`d suggest you choose your salesperson carefully. My first one was a total bust; next time I asked someone in charge for a good recommendation and got a prince of a guy -- very experienced too. He went above and beyond to get the car I wanted in my favorite color from out of state. An... view moreswered every question, and I had lots! I was unsure whether to pay a lot extra for a navigation system -- the one I had demo on at a Kia dealership was unreliable. At DRT my salesman took me out and showed me in detail how the Toyota nav system worked -- very well, I bought it. Got 2 key fobs at no extra cost. If lost in the first year, the dealership offers to replace at no charge. I`ve been introduced to a good service tech to help me with my car in the days to come. Real fair deall all around. They followed through on everything promised.

Profits above customer service
Jan. 25th bought a 2007 Tundra. Dub Richardson had it over a month. Truck came with only 1 set of keys and they knew it. Inspection showed it didn`t have a master key either. No attempt to replace it or furnish a second set of keys.
Upon making the offer, I offered full advertised price and requested a second set of keys. The sales manager ""offered to sell"" me a second set at the low low price of only $295.00.
They also only charge $299.00 to take your money and hand you a title. Reasonable fees are acceptable, this is not.
At some point in this dealerships relationship with the truck, a decision was made to ""sell"" and profit greatly from a missing set of keys. My local dealer fixed me up for $105.00.
Dub Richardson Toyota redefines cheapness. They have set the bar lower than most dealers can compete with.
