Reason I came in was I had received a flyer in the mail and a phone call. I was to receive a free $500 shopping card just for coming in and then a gas card plus tv if purchase. I did purchase and when asked about the free items I was told they weren`t available for with my purchase. I called Jeremy on Monday because I didn`t agree with what I was told about the gifts and he said he would check into it and let me know... view more. Five days later and still haven`t received a call or email from him. Very disappointed in his service. Customer service with the saleman was good.

Pleasant purchas at fletcher

My vehical purchase experience was a pleasant one. I made multiple visits to the dealership to inquire about different cars available. All of the salesmen were very helpful, thoughtful, and resouceful. When making the actual purchase I was very glad the salesmen were flexible and stayed late to help me after hours. Great Salesman Fletcher Hyundai

Our experience was wonderful. Steve Baysinger is a great salesman, he is very knowlegeable and gets answers to any questions that we might have. He does everything that he can to help us out. This is our 3rd car that we have purchased from him and I know that we will go to him in the future.

Took extra time with me

Great. Arnie parker the internet manager was great. He did most of the paper work over the net, so when we arrived we made a few copies and went straight to finance and signed. Arnie took the extra time to come out and set in the car and go over all the features. That was really appreciated. Love the car and fletcher. This is my third vehicle from fletcher. I guess I am going to be a return customer for life.
