GOOD SALESMAN~~~MEDIOCRE SERVICE

I went to this shop because they came highly recommended by family members who had used them in the past. That said, I could only give 1 star based on my personal experience. I had a radio installed and tint repair on my car. Tech calls me today to inform me that are problems with the steering wheel wiring and to correct these problems, I`m looking at another $150 ***sigh*** and he`d have to order the parts from For... view mored...this adds another day. I`ll spare the rest of the details only to say, I received no call to inform me that my car was ready, no owners manual for the radio, missing remote, no warranty info on tint. Yes, I am a bit annoyed... UPDATE: 06/29/11 I called Kennys this morning to inquire about the missing remote and owners manual. I got the impression that now I had become a nusiance, no longer a customer he (Kenny) had any interest in accomodating. No explanation given as to why I didn`t get these items yesterday...seems a bit suspect. In short, I receive my remote and owners manual, still no warranty info. I would not recommend this place especially if you have what they see as an insignificant job as mine apparently was (i spent about $450).
