Don`t waste your time. I to...

Don`t waste your time. I took my car in on 12/26/11 for a $150 full detail I was called at 4:30PM telling me my car was ready. I told them I`ll pick it up in the morning. I got there at about 11AM, the sun was shinning the buffed out paint on the car looked great then I noticed that the windows looked like crap. So they send out two guys to clean the windows. On my way home I notice the outside rear view mirrors ... view morelooked like crap too. Since the glass wasn`t done I thought what else wasn`t done. Passenger side floor mat dirty and stained, rear floor under the mat on the drivers side had enough liquid to splash when patting it with my hand grime around the front motor mount various stains on seats and panels. I called spoke to the Detail Manager who, without offering to make it right, said he would talk to the detailer. I called back asking for the owner and was told to bring the car back in the morning. The second time around they mostly got it right still a few small stains they missed and the grime remains on the front engine mount. All in all where ever you go for a detail if they don`t do windows beware.

Great Detail/Accessories

Amazing service, friendly employees that seem to really care and do a wonderful job. Not sure about the above review, but I have been using Auto Image for several years, not only for details but for electronic and aftermarket accessories...never once had an issue.

Do NOT go here!

I`m usually to first to post a positive comment about a business that does a job above and beyond what I expect, and for those that do not, I`m still usually satisified. However, with Auto Image, this is the SECOND time of my two times to have a vehicle tinted that they made a mistake. Tint is very simple. If you ask for 5%, you should get 5%. If you ask for 35%, you should get 35%. That is a pretty simple con... view morecept. On both occasions, I asked for 5% and received incorrect tint. I politely asked for them to redo my tint, and received an irritated answer that it would be more expensive that the quote that was promised. Then they put me at the BACK of the line to have the correct tint to be put on. SO now, I`m without a car all day. Again, do NOT go here!
